Waste Not Weekly

Waste-Not Weekly program is a Community Food Council project to reduce food waste by gleaning from our neighbors’ garden or rescuing safe and nutritious foods from our local businesses. Every Thursday from 2-6 pm at the Pacific Pantry, 494 Pacific Avenue, these foods are available to anybody. CalFresh Healthy Living will offer a Harvest of the Month, farm-fresh produce taste testing activity, “Carrot Salad” on July 15 from 2 pm-4 pm.
